Why Isn’t Anyone Coming to My Site?

October 10, 20163 min read

Are you unsatisfied with the amount of traffic your website is getting, or the online presence of your business in general?

If your business isn’t utilizing the most up to date options available in website marketing and design, then you are missing out on the biggest potential source for customers. To illustrate, consider the fact that now more that half of all consumers will Google a business prior to actually making a purchase; therefore, if your website fails to come up with local Google search results, then your business is unlikely to reach the bulk of consumers you want. An experienced Sacramento marketing company, such as LOJO, would likely argue that two of the most important components of attracting and maintaining high volume site-traffic are, search optimization and social media management.

A well-optimized website has the most up to date content relevant to the search engine inquiries of that company’s targeted niche. Essentially, the more relevant a website’s content is a popularly searched keyword or phrase, the higher the site will ‘rank’ on the search engine list.

Boosting Online Presence

One way to increase the online presence of your business and thus the traffic on your site is to constantly refresh the content with all the relevant updates pertaining to the product or service being provided. Similarly, website traffic will increase in relation to the number of frequently searched keywords or phrases implemented throughout the site’s pages. However, remember to remain consistent with the use of these phrases throughout the various channels of social media your business is established on. Another way to increase the relevancy of your site to search engines is to have the appropriate links to authentic sources cited within the content of the website.

User Experience is Important, Too

In order to compete with other businesses in your area, it is just as essential that your website is both engaging and user-friendly as it is for it to be well optimized. An appealing website to the user is one that is fast and not jam-packed with ads and annoying pop-ups. Sacramento marketing company LOJO will provide your website with creative solutions which are responsive to the specific needs of your customer base.

One immediate solution to increasing the visibility of a website is provided by the proper management of a Facebook page and/or Twitter account, as these platforms are frequented by every major consumer demographic. In other words, no matter who the target audience of your business is, Facebook and other social media outlets like it, is a great solution for increasing a business’s presence online. Make sure to work closely with your Sacramento marketing company in order to effectively communicate your company’s message with a smart and savvy social media approach. By being in touch with the latest ways to connect with customers on various platforms and channels, you can increase the appeal of your business to a wider variety of customers than ever before!

Now when it comes to results and analytics, your Sacramento marketing partner, LOJO, will assist you in measuring the traffic and subsequent conversion rates, with the ultimate goal of improving the user’s experience on the site.

After spending several months reviewing multiple proposals from several different companies we engaged LOJO to develop a new website that represents our company effectively. We worked initially with Stephen Platte who helped create the scope of the project. Stephen was knowledgeable and always followed up with me on time and as promised.

He "closed the deal" for LOJO with his professionalism, service orientation and easy going approach. Once we signed the contract we were introduced to Jay Kelly who would be the creative lead for LOJO. This was the most challenging part of the project for my company, as there was no shortage of ideas from our side. Jay managed the project flawlessly, and once we had all agreed to the design, Jay introduced us to Eric.

Eric Lay is one of the founders of LOJO. Eric took the design we had developed and brought it to life. We delivered content as quickly as he requested it. Eric kept the project on task and we responded by exceeding every deadline for content. In turn, once provided, literally not a day went by that Eric didn't add the content and take the next step. In just a few weeks we launched our new website. Eric is a pleasure to work with.

His positive attitude and consultative approach really enhanced the experience and made a big difference for us in the outcome of our project. We would welcome you to visit our website to take a look at the quality work of LOJO. We are very pleased with LOJO and look forward to working with them in the future as we pursue an aggressive SEO strategy."
