LOJO Marketing is at the forefront of the growing industry and in the process of expanding our fast-paced sales team.
The position reports to the Inbound Marketing Sales Manager. As a member of the Inbound Marketing Sales Team you will share LOJO Marketing’s capabilities with small to large business owners, CEO’s, CIO’s, and management team members. The position also requires you to be able to share LOJO Marketing’s capabilities for business development opportunities. This position will grow and evolve with our expanding team, so there will be leadership/training opportunities as we grow.
In this position, you will prospect customers, qualify opportunities, and set appointments through both inbound and outbound phone calls and emails. Ideal candidates will not only excel using our proven sales strategy, but also have the ability to scale the process as we grow. Retailers’/brands’ needs vary heavily, so uncovering their pain points and thinking creatively to find a solution through our technology and methodology is a must.
This role works in a fast-paced high-energy market segment and candidates should be able to successfully balance multiple projects in a team-selling environment. We are looking for candidates with previous work experience with web and marketing technologies, or similar business experience.
The marketing and sales team work closely together in both the HubSpot CRM and Marketing Platforms. Inbound marketing is one of the pillars of our business strategy. We require all team members to become HubSpot Inbound Certified regardless of the position within the first two weeks of hire. Two additional HubSpot certifications within 90 days, and two other marketing minded certifications such as Google Analytics or Adwords within the first year of hire. A minimum of 5 certifications are required to be maintained through any given year to stay current.
This position is full-time with compensation packages ranging from base+commission to 100% commission. Aggressive training will be performed to assist in candidates yielding the best opportunity of success.
