That means they go to Google and type in one or more keywords, which gives your business the opportunity to be found just by a Google search. Long-tail keywords, meta descriptions, and titles are just some of the things you can customize on your site to improve your search engine optimization (SEO). Which leads into:
#3. Your competitors all have company websites: By having your own website, you are staying at the same playing level as your competitors. However, you can gain advantage by utilizing your website in ways that other companies might not be able to. A HUGE advantage of being a Small Business owner and running your own website is that it helps you control your online destiny. When you run your own website, you’re in control of both the content you produce and the platform you maintain.
#4. Showcase your products and services: Your website gives you the capability to show pictures, videos and have blogs written about your products and services. LOJO has a great Inbound Marketing packages that can help with this. This assists potential customers that are researching your company and brand, to see if it’s something they want to further pursue. #5. Never put up the ‘closed for business’ sign again: You will always be able to have orders coming in, people inquiring about your services or people researching your products while you are at home in bed, or out to dinner! You are able to live a more flexible life than always being tied to a storefront during your business hours.
#6. Customer Service: Saving the best for last, you are able to give the BEST Customer Service that you can. A website allows you to be able to connect with potential and current customers at any time of the day. They don’t have to wait until a store is open to email and ask questions. There can be a phone number available to them for if they have questions or concerns. Having Social Media buttons gives them an outlet to rave about the services that you have offered them.
If having a Small Business Website is something that you are considering, it is with no doubt one of the best moves that you can make for the growth of your business.
