After spending several months reviewing multiple proposals from several different companies we engaged LOJO to develop a new website that represents our company effectively. We worked initially with Stephen Platte who helped create the scope of the project. Stephen was knowledgeable and always followed up with me on time and as promised.

He "closed the deal" for LOJO with his professionalism, service orientation and easy going approach. Once we signed the contract we were introduced to Jay Kelly who would be the creative lead for LOJO. You get dedicated attention. They really work to keep you happy. I know I'm not their only customer, however, every time I contact them for anything regarding my site they treat me as if I were. That woman is on it! She replies quickly and handles your issues swiftly. She. Is. AWESOME!!! And Eric, he is the definition of cool, calm, and collected. I've called several times in a panic because of something I've done that resulted in some fatal error and he's always quick to assure me it's fine cause their on it. They know I'm a novice and are really there to help me through.

I don't call as much in a panic these days cause I know they have me covered and can always undo or fix my mess. Plus, Eric is good about educating you of the processes. I probably should listen more when he's talking about it. He's just so passionate when it comes to that stuff and I am so not interested. I'm lucky we don't have to have those conversations about how things work often...Just kidding... In case Eric reads my review."
